Our hassle-free process makes it easy to modify your dream home.

1. Submit Your Modification Request

Submit your request using the form on this page. Along with completing the form, you can attach a single file in either PDF or JPEG format to make your request more clear. 

2. Review The Modification Estimate

You can expect to receive an email from us within 2 to 3 business days with an estimate of the cost for the modification. The estimate will include the cost of the base stock plan and the modifications. All modification estimates are valid for 90 days.  

3. Purchase The Plan & Modifications

When you're ready to move forward we will assist you with the purchase, and your designer will begin work!  You will receive preliminary drafts for review to ensure the construction plans are correct.  Once you give your final approval, the designer will release your personalized home plans.
